Dec 30th 7-9 pm at Evolution “Main Tryout” 
Jan 3rd, 4th 10-11:30 am at 5 Star Sports and Training in Troy (supplemental tryouts)
$20 Registration Fee must be paid to attend
MUST FILL OUT tryout form below to attend…deadline to register Dec 15th!
